Buying & payment plans

How do payment plans work?

The price depends on how long you take to pay. At New Port City, for example, there are three plans — 0–5 months, 6–12 months and 13–18 months — and the total price rises with each. The Primrose Courts offers 0–6 and 7–18 months, The Golf Residency outright or 12 months, and TAF offers up to 36 months on selected plots. Your deposit and payment schedule are set out in the developer’s offer letter.

What does “carcass” finish mean?

A carcass building has its main structure in place — foundation, walls and roof — but not the full internal finishing, so you can complete it to your own taste and budget. Exactly what is included varies by developer and house type, so always ask for the specification sheet.

Are the prices on the website final?

Prices come from each developer’s current price list (RHG’s list is dated July 2026) and can change at the developer’s discretion. We always confirm the live price in writing before you pay.

Can I inspect a property before I buy?

Yes — and we recommend it. Inspections are free, either in person with an advisor or as a live video walk-through.

Can I buy a whole block as an investment?

Yes. New Port City offers complete blocks — for example three 4-bedroom terraces, six 3-bedroom super terraces, or a 12-unit apartment block — which suit family compounds or rental income.

Documents & safety

Who do I pay?

Always the developer, directly, into the official corporate account named on your offer letter or invoice — never into a personal account, including that of anyone claiming to work for Pixpectiv. Keep every receipt.

What documents will I receive?

Typically an offer letter, payment receipts and, on completion, the contract or deed for your unit or plot, an allocation letter and the survey or plot details. The estate’s title (for example a Certificate of Occupancy or Governor’s Consent in Nigeria) and the exact documents depend on the developer and the country. We strongly recommend your own lawyer reviews them.

Should I use my own lawyer?

Yes. An independent lawyer can verify the title, review the contract and protect your interests. We are happy to share all documents with them.

Buying from abroad

Can I buy property from abroad?

Yes. We run live video inspections, share documents digitally and keep you updated through construction. You pay the developer directly by bank transfer, and you can appoint a lawyer or trusted representative at home to act for you.

Do I need to travel home to complete the purchase?

Usually not. Many buyers complete everything remotely, using a lawyer or representative with a power of attorney for any step that must be done in person. Ask us about your specific case.

Which countries do you cover?

Nigeria (Rivers and Anambra states), The Gambia and Sierra Leone, with Liberia coming soon.

Ready to see it in person?

Book a site inspection — in person or by live video — and get the current price list.
